RuthAnn, a graduate from George Williams University in Chicago, moved to Florida in 1989 to enlarge her property investments.  She became a licensed realtor in 1992 and joined     RE/MAX in  1995.  She earned the RE/MAX Top Sales award in 1996 and has received the Sales Excellence Award every year since joining RE/MAX.  RuthAnn, a former  olympic gymnastic coach, is an avid  waterskier who loves life and is dedicated to making your buying or selling experience fun and easy!  Her latest passion - developing a waterskiers paradise.

Crystal Joyner, Licensed Realtor®

Crystal has been in real estate since 2004 as a member of The "RAM" Team.  She is a full time licensed Realtor as well as the office assistant and Closing Coordinator for The "RAM"Team.  She is a member of the Sunshine and Rappaton MLS which enables her to service all your real estate needs from Naples to Ft. Myers.  Crystal has lived in SW Florida since 2001 - orignially from Tampa.  As a true Florida native, Crystal knows the best that SW Florida has to offer and can easily locate just the right property for her buyers.  Crystal is a single mom of a lovely daughter that keeps her busy with cheerleading and gynmastic activities.  In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with friends and family.
